Abstract:
This medication management program is to be used in a terminal capable of taking an image, and executes: a) a step for registering template information on a drug to be medicated, the template information including an image; b) a step (Step S301) for photographing, before medication, a medication drug image which is an image of the drug to be medicated,; and c) a step (Step S303) for comparing the medication drug image with the template information to authenticate the drug. By authenticating a drug on the basis of images, the medication can be managed simply and conveniently with improved certainty. The template information is not retrieved from a database, but is registered by himself/herself. In this manner, it is unnecessary to communicate with the database, and drugs not associated with prescriptions, such as supplements, can be also managed. As a result, the medication can be simply and conveniently managed at home and in facilities such as hospitals and care facilities.
