Abstract:
A medicinal composition containing a mucin. In the medicinal composition, the drug [a compound (I), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate or hydrate of either: [I] (wherein the symbols are the same as defined in the description)] has enhanced antibacterial activity and further has an increased dissolution rate and&sol or enhanced solubility. Thus, a reduction in drug dosage is attained and the effect of the drug can be produced rapidly.
