Abstract:
A medicine ball includes a inner layer skin and a outer layer skin which form a body made of vulcanized rubber, air-charge valve and water-charge valve. In the ball body, there is predetermined weight of water. The outer layer skin has a rough surface which is easy to hold by player's hand. The water-charge valve is formed on the body to charge water into inside body. The water-charge valve has a head, a seat and a seal ring. When the valve is assembled, the flange of its head extrudes the seal ring to keep the seal between the seat and the inner layer skin and the outer layer skin.
