Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of cleaning equipment; disclosed is a medicine bottle cleaning apparatus. The medicine bottle cleaning device comprises a frame, a sample bottle mounting plate, a cap suction assembly and a flushing assembly, the sample bottle mounting plate is mounted on the frame in a reversible manner relative to the frame, and one side of the sample bottle mounting plate being provided with a plurality of sample bottle mounting cavities; when the sample bottle mounting plate is in a first working position, the sample bottle mounting cavities face the cap suction assembly; when the sample bottle mounting plate is in a second working position, the sample bottle mounting cavities face the flushing assembly. The medicine bottle cleaning apparatus is provided with multiple sample bottle mounting cavities on the sample bottle mounting plate so as to realize synchronous flushing of multiple sample bottles and improve flushing efficiency. In addition, the reversible sample bottle mounting plate is used to switch between the first working position and the second working position, and together with the cap suction assembly and the flushing assembly, automated sample bottle cap removal and flushing operations can be achieved, thereby improving the success rate of sample bottle flushing, and ensuring a consistent degree of cleanliness for sample bottles flushed in a same batch.
