Abstract:
The present invention further reduces the time required to dispense medicine. A conveyance device (70) conveys a medicine accommodation part (1) from a storage position (10), at which are stored a plurality of medicine accommodation parts (1) that each accommodate medicine, to a delivery position (30), at which the medicine accommodated in the medicine accommodation part (1) is extracted from the medicine accommodation part (1), and returns the medicine accommodation part (1), from which was extracted some of the accommodated medicine, to the storage position (10) from the delivery position (30). A standby position (20), at which the medicine accommodation parts (1) conveyed from the storage position (10) and toward the delivery position (30) are caused to wait, is provided between the storage position (10) and the delivery position (30). A medicine accommodation part (1) that accommodates medicine, which is determined to not be for use in the next medicine preparation, is returned to the storage position (10) from the standby position (20). A medicine accommodation part (1) that accommodates medicine, which is determined to be for use in the next medicine preparation, is caused to wait at the standby position (20) until the next medicine preparation without being returned to the storage position (10).
