A medicine supply device comprises the following: a first rotation body (23) that rotates around a first rotation shaft (24); a second rotation body (35) that rotates around a second rotation shaft; a partitioning wall (18) extending from the second rotation body (35) to the first rotation body (23); a medicine outlet (73) provided on the outside of the second rotation body (35); a medicine guiding unit (65) located downstream from a moving unit (37) in the medicine transfer direction; and a height regulator (41) disposed between the moving unit (37) and the medicine guiding unit (65). The medicine supply device is further provided with a width regulator (52) disposed between the medicine guiding unit (65) and the height regulator (41). A medicine calculation device is further provided with a medicine detection means (70) for detecting medicine supplied from the medicine outlet (73) and a counting means (central control unit 83) for counting the number of pills etc. on the basis the detection results of the medicine detection means (70).
