Abstract:
The present invention relates to a medium composition for cell proliferation, skin regeneration and wrinkle improvement comprising, as an active ingredient, a conditioned medium of pluripotent stem cells (PSCs), neural stem cells (NSCs), or embryonic fibroblasts (FBs) which are isolated from avian eggs. More specifically, the egg cells-conditioned medium can essentially prevent contamination due to the use of animal serum and further exhibits a proliferation effect of various cells including human stem cells and skin cells, without the possibility of transmission by heterogeneous infectious material due to the use of supporting cells. Also, the egg cells-conditioned medium exhibits a significant skin regeneration or wrinkle improvement effect, and thus, can be effectively used as a medium composition for cell proliferation and a cosmetic composition for skin regeneration or wrinkle improvement.
