A medium-deep geothermal guiding pipe having combined vacuum cavities with a support structure, comprising an outer pipe (1) and an inner pipe (2), the bottom of the outer pipe (1) being of a sealing structure, and both the top and the bottom of the inner pipe (2) being of an open structure. A first cavity (3) is formed between the inner pipe (2) and the outer pipe (1), and a second cavity (4) axially passes through the middle of the inner pipe (2), the inner pipe (2) being sleeved in the outer pipe (1). The bottom of the inner pipe (2) is connected to a single-wall pipe (5) arranged coaxially, exchange holes (51) being formed in the single-wall pipe (5). A communication area (6) is reserved between the bottom of the single-wall pipe (5) and the bottom of the outer pipe (1), the first cavity (3) communicating with the second cavity (4) by means of the communication area (6) and the exchange holes (51). The inner pipe (2) is a double-layer pipe, a third cavity being formed between said two layers, the third cavity being a vacuum cavity, and a heat preservation material (8) being sealed in the third cavity. The geothermal guiding pipe can be used for a medium-deep geothermal energy utilization system, and can achieve the effects of small occupied area and maximum geothermal energy utilization efficiency.
