Abstract:
According to the present invention, when cells are cultured using a culture container having fine recessed portions, bubbles collected in the fine recessed portions can be effectively removed, which can be applied to a culture container having a large culture surface. This medium filling solution is a solution in which when a medium is filled into a culture container having a culture surface in which a plurality of fine recessed portions are formed, the bubbles collected in the fine recessed portions are removed prior to the filling of the medium. This medium-filling solution is filled into the culture container having the culture surface in which the plurality of fine recessed portions are formed and is left standing for a certain period of time, a medium is then passed through the culture container, and the medium-filling solution is substituted with the medium.
