Abstract:
A medium-frequency induction furnace capable of controlling steel pouring by means of side bottom pouring, comprising a furnace body (11). An induction coil (13) is mounted in the furnace body (11). A furnace lining (12) is provided in the induction coil (13). A right-angle molten steel pouring assembly is sealingly mounted on the side wall of the bottom of the furnace lining (12). A horizontal stopper rod (4) assembly used for controlling the flow of molten steel is mounted in the right-angle molten steel pouring assembly. A vertical runner heat insulation assembly connected to the vertical outlet end of the right-angle molten steel pouring assembly. Steel pouring is controlled by means of the opening and closing of the stopper rod (4) assembly, and the flow of the molten steel is controlled by adjusting the matching degree between the stopper rod (4) assembly and the right-angle molten steel pouring assembly. During steel pouring, there is only a need to move a melting furnace to the upper part of a workpiece to be poured by means of a rail, align same to a steel pouring opening, and open the stopper rod (4) assembly for steel pouring. The induction electric furnace avoids heat loss in a molten steel transfer process, and can control the flow of molten steel to avoid overflow of the molten steel.
