Abstract:
One embodiment of a medium stacking method of a medium storage unit comprises the steps of: receiving length information of a medium from a determination unit; determining whether the length of the medium, received from the determination unit, exceeds a reference value; if the length of the medium exceeds the reference value, spacing, at a predetermined distance, the interval between the upper surface of the medium which is loaded in a medium stacking space on a push plate, and a gap roller which is provided to a front plate located above the push plate; and, by rotating a stack sheet and thus striking the rear end portion of the medium which is entering the medium stacking space, passing the medium through the lower end of the gap roller and stacking same on the push plate.
