Abstract:
Provided is a new sensor for detecting melamine. This melamine analyzing nucleic acid sensor is characterized by containing the belowmentioned (x1) polynucleotide having a catalytic nucleic acid molecule (D) having the occurrence of catalytic function and a bonding nucleic acid molecule (A) that bonds to melamine. The aforementioned (x1) polynucleotide comprises one base sequence from among sequence numbers 1-14, and n and m are positive integers. The nucleic acid sensor analyzes melamine by detecting the catalytic function, as the catalytic function of the catalytic nucleic acid molecule (D) is obstructed in the absence of melamine and the catalytic function of the catalytic nucleic acid molecule (D) occurs in the presence of melamine.
