Abstract:

The present description discloses a novel melanin cell line subculture system. Provided is a subculture system comprising subcultured prophase melanin cells and anaphase melanin cells. As such, the subculture system provides an in vitro environment similar to an in vivo environment, and thus is useful for determining the degree of senescence, providing cosmetic information, and screening cell rejuvenation-inducing substances.
