Abstract:
Disclosed is a composition comprising meloxicam and a cosolvent, wherein the cosolvent is a mixed solvent comprising water and an organic solvent. Disclosed is a composition comprising meloxicam, a solvent and a pH regulator, wherein the pH regulator at least comprises citric acid. The composition can significantly improve the solubility and stability of meloxicam in liquid preparations, can be directly used for intravenous administration, and has a simple preparation process.
