Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a melt material state detection method, device and equipment, the method comprising: acquiring a current image of a melt material; carrying out image processing on the current image; and determining a melt material state for the melt material corresponding to the current image according to the image processing result. By employing the present application, the melt material state of a melt material may be determined by employing a current image at one point in time, it is not necessary to carry out correlation calculation for a base image before said point in time, and there is no interference due to different fluctuations and different reflections in a single crystal furnace at different points in time causing the brightness in the furnace to be different at two points in time, and thus the problem of detection accuracy being low does not exist, and the melt material state detection accuracy of the present application will not be affected by the brightness in a single crystal furnace, and is thus comparatively more accurate.
