The objective of the present invention is to provide a member for a shoe sole, which is capable of achieving comfort when using a shoe and is superior in shape-restoring properties after using the shoe. Provided is a member for a shoe sole, which comprises polymer foam, and in which fibers are dispersed within the polymer foam.
