Abstract:

A member 1A for a touch panel sensor, comprising a substrate 2 and a conductive pattern group 3A comprising conductive patterns 3A1 – 3An. The conductive patterns 3A1 – 3An include electrode parts 4A1 – 4An and lead-out wiring parts 5A1 – 5An. The electrode parts 4A1 – 4An are arranged in parallel in a Y direction. In a plan view, a connected-end region 6, in which the other ends 52 of the lead-out wiring parts 5A1 – 5An are gathered together as one, is formed at an edge portion 23 on one side of the substrate 2 in the Y direction. The lead-out wiring parts 5A1 – 5An respectively have wide parts 5A11 – 5A1n, the wire width of which is greater than the other ends 52. The inter-wiring interval between adjacent lead-out wiring parts 5A1 – 5An is uniform from the one ends 51 to the other ends 52 of the lead-out wiring parts 5A1 – 5An.
