Abstract:

This member with a thermoelectric conversion function is equipped with a member, and a thermoelectric conversion function part having a thermoelectric conversion function, said part being disposed in contact with the top of the member. The thermoelectric conversion function part is provided with: a first layer, which is disposed on the member and forms one layer among a magnetic body layer that is magnetized in at least one in-plane direction and an electromotive body layer that contains a material having a spin-orbit interaction; and a second layer, which is disposed on the first layer and forms the other layer among the magnetic body layer or the electromotive body layer.
