Abstract:
Disclosed is a membrane assembly cleaning device based on real time adsorption treatment, comprising a cleaning pipe (1), wherein the cleaning pipe (1) is connected to a cleaning drug groove (2), a plurality of adsorption pipes (3) are arranged on the periphery of the cleaning pipe (1), and an adsorption pump (4) is connected to each of the adsorption pipes (3); the cleaning pipe (1) extends in the vertical direction, a cleaning end portion (101) is provided on the end portion of the cleaning pipe (1), and the side end portion of the cleaning end portion (101) is provided with a cleaning nozzle (5) with an annular structure; and the plurality of adsorption pipes are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the cleaning pipe (3), the end portion of each of the adsorption pipes (3) is provided with an adsorption end portion (6) extending in the horizontal direction towards the cleaning end portion (101), and the adsorption end portion (6) uses a sector structure. The membrane assembly cleaning device based on real time adsorption treatment can realize optimal cleaning of the membrane, while performing real time adsorption treatment on the dirt that is washed off, so as to effectively prevent the dirt from remaining on the membrane assembly for a long time and thereby affecting the cleaning effect thereof.
