Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of thermal reclamation techniques. Provided is a membrane assembly having a thermal reclamation function, comprising: a membrane assembly main body; and a heat pipe (7). The heat pipe (7) is provided at a part to undergo thermal reclamation of the membrane assembly main body. Alternatively, the heat pipe (7) has one end extending deep into the part to undergo thermal reclamation of the membrane assembly main body and the other end extending through and out of the membrane assembly main body. The heat pipe (7) consists of a metal pipe casing (1), a liquid absorption core (2) or a core mesh, and a working substance (3). End caps (4) are welded to two ends of the metal pipe casing (1). The liquid absorption core (2) or the core mesh is uniformly arranged over an inner surface of the metal pipe casing (1). The working substance (3) is filled in the liquid absorption core (2) or the core mesh of the metal pipe casing (1). The liquid absorption core (2) or the core mesh exhibits capillary action. The membrane assembly has a simple structure, low manufacturing costs, and favorable thermal reclamation performance.
