Abstract:
A membrane distillation crystallization treatment device and method. The device comprises: a heating device A (2) used for heating raw water; a crystallization tank (3), a water inlet of the crystallization tank (3) being connected to a water outlet of the heating device A (2), a heating device B (7), a stirring device (8) and a membrane assembly (4) being separately provided in the crystallization tank (3), the heating device B (7) and the stirring device (8) being separately located at the bottom of the crystallization tank (3), and the membrane assembly (4) being located above the heating device B (7) and the stirring device (8); a water generation tank (6), the top end of the membrane assembly (4) being connected to the water generation tank (6) by means of a condenser (5); and a sedimentation tank (9), a water outlet at the bottom of the crystallization tank (3) being connected to a water inlet of the sedimentation tank (9), a discharge port at the bottom of the sedimentation tank (9) being connected to a crystallized salt collection tank (10), and a supernatant outlet at the top of the sedimentation tank (9) being connected to a water inlet pipeline of the heating device A (2). The membrane distillation crystallization treatment device adopts a distillation concentration and crystallization integrated treatment device, and is favorable for preventing membrane pollution and reducing operation cost.
