The present invention relates to a membrane-electrode assembly and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, to: a membrane-electrode assembly wherein a cathode catalyst layer has a greater porosity at the position corresponding to an oxygen discharge part, than at the position corresponding to an oxygen feed part into which oxygen is fed, so as to facilitate the discharge of reaction products produced by an electrochemical reaction in a fuel cell; a method for manufacturing the same; and a fuel cell including the same.
