Abstract:
The present invention relates to a membrane filtering apparatus using a heat pump and, more particularly, to a membrane filtering apparatus using a heat pump, which efficiently produces fresh water from the inflow of raw water such as sea water or water discharged from a sewage treatment plant and the like using forward osmosis (FO) and membrane distillation (MD) and can reduce power consumption by increasing the efficiency of a distillation membrane filtering device using the heat energy of the raw water through an additional heat pump. That is, the present invention relates to the membrane filtering apparatus using the heat pump, comprising: the heat pump for absorbing the heat from the raw water supplied through a first inlet pipe branched from a raw water inlet and discharging the absorbed heat to the outside using an evaporator, a compressor, a condenser, and an expansion valve; an FO membrane filtering unit which is provided at a second inlet pipe, separates the fresh water from the raw water, and supplies the separated fresh water to an absorbing tank; the absorbing tank for storing a diluted solution of the fresh water which flows in through the FO membrane filtering unit and a draw solution and supplying the diluted solution; a high-temperature tank for storing the heated draw solution after the raw water of the absorbing tank unit passes through the condenser; a distillation membrane filtering unit which separates the fresh water from the high-temperature draw solution supplied from the high-temperature tank through a distillation unit, a separation membrane, and the cooling unit; and a fresh water discharging unit for discharging the fresh water separated from the distillation membrane filtering unit, wherein the draw solution discharged from the distillation membrane filtering unit is supplied through a collection pipe to the absorbing tank by recirculation.
