Abstract:
A membrane forming support (10), a biochip, a device, preparation methods, and applications thereof. The membrane forming support (10) comprises an insulating substrate (2) and an insulating layer (1); the insulating layer (1) is provided on the insulating substrate (2); the insulating layer (1) comprises a first insulating layer (11) and a second insulating layer (12); the insulating substrate (2), the first insulating layer (11), and the second insulating layer (12) are sequentially stacked; a liquid storage cavity (13) is provided in the first insulating layer (11); a membrane forming cavity (14) communicated with the liquid storage cavity (13) is provided in the second insulating layer (12); the membrane forming cavity (14) and the liquid storage cavity (13) are open in a direction away from the insulating substrate (2); and the opening of the membrane forming cavity (14) gradually increases in the direction from the insulating substrate (2) to the second insulating layer (12). A molecular membrane prepared by the membrane forming support (10) has good stability.
