Abstract:
A membrane oxygenator (1). The membrane oxygenator (1) comprises a lower cover (10), an oxygenation portion (11), and an upper cover (12). The lower cover (10) is provided with an air outlet tube (103). The oxygenation portion (11) is disposed at the lower cover (10), and comprises a mandrel structure (110), an oxygenation housing (112) and an oxygenation silk membrane structure (115). The oxygenation housing (112) is provided with a blood outlet tube (1121), and the blood outlet tube (1121) is close to the lower cover (10). The upper cover (10) is disposed at the oxygenation portion (11), and is provided with a vortex structure (123), a blood inlet tube (124) and an oxygen inlet tube (125), and the vortex structure (123) corresponds to the mandrel structure (110). The mandrel structure (110) comprises a mandrel body (1101) and an annular flow guide plate (1102). The mandrel body (1101) is provided with a first end portion (1101a) and a second end portion (1101b). A blood channel is disposed between the first end portion (1101a) and the vortex structure (123), and the annular flow guide plate (1102) is sleeved on the mandrel body (1101).
