Abstract:
Provided is a membrane reactor, wherein same comprises a transition metal nitride, and is obtained by shaping the transition metal nitride. The membrane reactor is used to catalyze the synthesis of ammonia from hydrogen and nitrogen at atmospheric pressure. Also provided is a method for preparing the membrane reactor, comprising sintering and shaping a raw material containing the transition metal nitride at a high temperature to obtain the membrane reactor. The membrane reactor has the characteristics of a high hardness, a high density and stable physical and chemical properties.
