Abstract:
This membrane separation device is for separating water to be treated into permeate water and concentrate water by means of a separation membrane (22), and comprises a pressure pump (20) for pressurizing the water to be treated, a separation membrane configured such that the water to be treated, pressurized by the pressure pump, is supplied thereto, a flow measuring means (24) for measuring the flow rate of the permeate water that has permeated through the separation membrane, an adjusting means (26) configured to adjust the pressure of the water to be treated supplied to the separation membrane such that the flow rate of the permeate water, measured by the flow rate measuring means, approaches a target flow rate, a pressure difference detecting means (28) for detecting the pressure difference before and after the separation membrane, and a heating means (30) configured to heat the water to be treated, supplied to the separation membrane, if the pressure difference detected by the pressure difference detecting means exceeds a threshold value.
