Abstract:
A membrane type water-cooled wall having an anti-abrasion heated surface and a preparation method therefor. According to the preparation method, an anti-abrasion tile (4) is fixed to a heated surface of a water-cooled wall pipe by clamping a silicon carbide particle reinforced adhesive between a heated surface of a fin tube (1) that forms the membrane type water-cooled wall and the anti-abrasion tile (4), thus forming an anti-abrasion layer, and preparing a membrane type water-cooled wall having an anti-abrasion heated surface; the fin tube (1) and the anti-abrasion tile (4) are tightly combined without a gap, so that the heated surface of the membrane type water-cooled wall is resistant to corrosion and abrasions, high heat exchange efficiency is achieved, and the service life of the membrane type water cooling wall may be prolonged.
