Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a memory chip anti-miswrite control method and apparatus, and an electrical device. The method comprises: determining whether a main control chip has a write demand on a memory chip; if the main control chip has a write demand on the memory chip, recording the page number of the memory chip corresponding to the write demand; after delaying first preset time, determining whether the main control chip has a new write demand on the memory chip; and if the main control chip has a new write demand on the memory chip, after delaying the first preset time, performing a write operation on the memory chip according to the recorded page number, wherein the first preset time is greater than or equal to the time required for dropping from the minimum working voltage of the main control chip to the minimum working voltage of the memory chip after power failure.
