Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to increase efficiency of access to a memory region when reading from and writing to the same address continuously. A memory reading unit causes data stored in a prescribed address of a memory array to be read from the memory array, as read data, and causes the data to be held in a read data holding unit. A read data output unit outputs the read data held in the read data holding unit to the source of a request. A memory writing unit writes to a writing address of the memory array on the basis of write data and read data of the memory array. A control unit executes control such that the memory writing unit is operated only when the writing address and read data address match.
