Abstract:
Multiple data write requests, multiple data read requests and multiple refresh requests are generated. The multiple write requests are temporally connected, the multiple read requests are temporally connected, and the multiple refresh requests are temporally connected. Within a fixed cycle, the multiple connected write requests and the multiple connected read requests are placed in a command, said multiple write requests and said multiple read requests being placed preferentially relative to the multiple connected refresh requests. In the remaining time within the fixed cycle, the connected refresh requests are placed in the command. By means of the aforementioned process, writes, reads and refreshes are executed in dynamic memory on the basis of the write requests, the read requests and the refresh requests that are placed in the command.
