Abstract:
The present invention reduces the load of an arbiter that arbitrates host devices in an information processing system provided with a plurality of host devices and a storage device. A memory management device is provided with a plurality of detection units and a command generation unit. The plurality of detection units detect each timing at which predetermined processing for the storage device is executed. The command generation unit generates a command that is common to the instances of predetermined processing to be detected by the plurality of detection units and a side band signal that is unique to the predetermined processing of which the execution timing is detected.
