Abstract:
The present invention provides a memory release method, which is used to release memory distributed by a memory continuous distributer, in which combine pages to be released and adjacent free pages into a memory block and obtain an order number k, that is k=1, of the current memory block, and output the current order number to the memory continuous distributer, including the following steps: Step S1, determining whether there are free page of 2 k pages adjacent to the current memory block; if YES, performing step S2; if NO, releasing the memory segment and exiting; Step S2, obtaining the free pages of 2 k pages adjacent to the current memory block; Step S3, combining the free pages obtained in Step S2 with the current memory block to form a memory block, increasing the order number of the formed memory block by 1, that is, k＝k+1, and returning to Step S1. The technical solution has beneficial effects of overcoming the defects of time-consuming and low efficiency for a large number of memory release due to the fact that memory release of CMA is released one by one in the prior art.
