Abstract:
A memory resource allocation method and terminal device, the method, which is applied to a terminal device comprising a rich execution environment (REE) and a fingerprint TrustApp (TA), comprising: when a memory resource application request sent by the fingerprint TA is received by the REE (S101), the amount of N memory resources applied for in N time nodes by the fingerprint TA within a preset period of time is obtained by the REE (S102), the amount of N memory resources corresponding one to one with the N time nodes, N being an integer greater than 1; the target amount of memory resources is determined by the REE according to the amount N of memory resources; and the REE allocates the memory of the target amount of memory resources to the fingerprint TA (S103). With the method, memory resources may be flexibly allocated for fingerprint TA.
