Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of data storage. Provided are a memory, a storage apparatus, and an electronic device, which are used for reducing the area and the power consumption of a memory. The memory comprises a storage circuit, which comprises a first storage bank, a second storage bank, a first global data amplifier circuit, a global in-out (GIO) routing, and an interface circuit, wherein the first storage bank and the second storage bank share the first global data amplifier circuit, and the first global data amplifier circuit is coupled to the interface circuit by means of the GIO routing, such that when the memory comprises the same number of storage banks, the number of global data amplifier circuits can be reduced compared with the prior art, thereby reducing the area and the power consumption of the memory.
