Abstract:
The present invention relates to an MEMS loudspeaker, a manufacturing method for an MEMS loudspeaker, and an electronic device comprising an MEMS loudspeaker. The MEMS loudspeaker comprises: a diaphragm, one end of the diaphragm being fixed, and a vibration space being formed between the other end thereof and another component; and a stretchable film, which is respectively connected to the diaphragm and the component and fills or covers at least part of the vibration space. The present invention further relates to a manufacturing method for an MEMS loudspeaker, and an electronic device.
