Abstract:
Provided is a menstruation prediction management chart that can visually predict dates related to menstruation of a woman, and that can be easily used by ordinary women due to a simple structure. A chart (1) displays date fields that are consecutively displayed in horizontal and vertical directions, date fields (2) for a menstrual period that are consecutively displayed in one of the horizontal or vertical directions, and date fields (2) of the same number of days that are consecutively repeated on the next column or row across a plurality of columns or a plurality of rows. When using the chart (1), symbols for past beginning days of menstruation are written in each date field (2), and on the basis of the symbols for the beginning days of menstruation, a cycle line (8) which is a regression line is created. As a result of this cycle line (8), the beginning day of menstruation for the next cycle and afterward can be predicted.
