Disclosed are a mental fatigue intervention device and method. The mental fatigue intervention device comprises: a head hoop body, and a front direct-current generator, a rear direct-current generator, a left magnetic stimulation generator, a right magnetic stimulation generator, a left electrocardiogram collection electrode, a right electrocardiogram collection electrode, a left earphone, a right earphone, and a circuit board which are arranged on the head hoop body. The front direct-current generator and the rear direct-current generator are respectively located at the middle of the forehead and the back of the head. The left earphone and the right earphone are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the head hoop body. The left magnetic stimulation generator is arranged on the left side of the front direct-current generator. The right magnetic stimulation generator is arranged on the right side of the front direct-current generator. The left electrocardiogram collection electrode is arranged between the left magnetic stimulation generator and the left earphone. The right electrocardiogram collection electrode is arranged between the right magnetic stimulation generator and the right earphone. The circuit board is electrically connected to each of the direct-current generators, the magnetic stimulation generators, the electrocardiogram collection electrodes, and the earphones. According to the present invention, a compound intervention means is used, thereby realizing mental fatigue intervention and improving the intervention accuracy.
