Abstract:
A refrigerator (10) includes a cabinet (11) for enclosing a refrigerating compartment (13,15), the cabinet (11) having a door (12,14) for providing access to the refrigerating compartment (12,15), a user interface (20) operatively connected to the cabinet (11) having a display (22) for displaying refrigerator function selections and a plurality of buttons (30) for selecting refrigerator functions and a control unit (66) operatively connected to the user interface (20) and adapted to control a plurality of refrigerator functions. The control unit (66) can be adapted for determining refrigerator filter information and displaying refrigerator filter information, the refrigerator filter information can include a date associated with the refrigerator filter.
