Abstract:
Provided is a merchandise imaging device wherein a camera does not project into the space above a merchandise platform. The merchandise imaging device (10) comprises a merchandise platform (1), an arm (2), and an imaging unit (3). The merchandise platform (1) has a substantially square-shaped platform surface (1e). The arm (2) is provided to one corner (1a) of the platform surface (1e). The imaging unit (3) is disposed on the arm (2) so as to image merchandise (G1) on the platform surface (1e) diagonally from above. A camera (31) of the imaging unit (3) does not project into the space above the merchandise platform (1).
