The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology capable of performing appropriate displaying in a first moving body (1), which makes it possible to easily specify a second moving body (2) in relation to merging of the first moving body (1) with the second moving body (2). A merging assistance device (11) is provided with a first control unit (14) for performing control to cause a first display device (19) of the first moving body (1) to display a first image or a first display object on first reception information received by the first moving body (1) in relation to merging of the first moving body (1) with the second moving body (2), the first display object indicating a position of at least a part of the second moving body (2) concomitantly with a scene of outside of the first moving body corresponding to the first image.
