Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mesenchymal stem cell culture for the prevention or treatment of immune diseases or inflammatory diseases and a preparation method thereof. Secreting the immunomodulator PGE2 at a high concentration and exhibiting an outstanding inhibitory effect on immune responses and the release of inflammatory cytokines, compared to stem cell cultures prepared in a two-dimensional manner according to conventional methods, the stem cell culture prepared by three-dimensionally culturing mesenchymal stem cells in a serum-free medium with the aid of a biocompatible scaffold in accordance with method of the present invention can be usefully used as a composition for preventing or treating immune diseases or inflammatory diseases.
