Abstract:

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a new mesenchymal stem cell having excellent therapeutic effects for various diseases, a new pharmaceutical composition containing the mesenchymal stem cell, and methods for preparing the mesenchymal stem cell and pharmaceutical composition. The present invention provides a mesenchymal stem cell expressing at least one cell surface marker selected from the group consisting of CD201, CD46, CD56, CD147, and CD165. This mesenchymal stem cell expressing the abovementioned specific marker is positive for CD29, CD73, CD90, CD105 and CD166 and maintains an undifferentiated state.
