Abstract:
Mesenchymal stem cells having enhanced osteogenic differentiation capacity according to one aspect have excellent osteogenic differentiation capacity, adipocyte differentiation capacity, chondrocyte differentiation capacity, and nerve cell differentiation capacity, and in particular, have osteogenic differentiation capacity that is remarkably superior to that of mesenchymal stem cells derived from other sources. In addition, the mesenchymal stem cells having enhanced osteogenic differentiation capacity have a low risk of immune rejection reaction and can exhibit a prevention or treatment effect on bone diseases and estrogen deficiency syndrome. Further, the mesenchymal stem cells having enhanced osteogenic differentiation capacity maintain the ability to proliferate even in continuous subculturing, and maintain nuclear stability, and thus have the advantages of being safe for commercialization and able to be mass-produced.
