Title:
MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS THAT HIGHLY EXPRESS AT LEAST ONE CELL SURFACE MARKER SELECTED FROM GROUP CONSISTING OF EGFR AND MIC-AB AND FORMULATION METHOD THEREFOR, AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING SAID MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS AND FORMULATION METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/170925
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide novel mesenchymal stem cells which exhibit a superior therapeutic effect on various diseases, a novel pharmaceutical composition containing the mesenchymal stem cells, and methods for formulating the cells and the composition. The mesenchymal stem cells according to the present invention highly express at least one cell surface marker selected from the group consisting of EGFR and MIC-AB. The mesenchymal stem cells which highly express the specific marker are positive for CD29, CD73, CD90, CD105, and CD166, and maintain an undifferentiated state.
