Abstract:
Disclosed is a mesh belt plane gyratory screen, comprising a screen frame (1), wherein the screen frame is connected to a screen box via hanging rods (2), rocker rods or swing rods; the screen box is internally provided with a set of mesh belt screen surfaces (3); a plane gyratory mechanism (4) is mounted between the mesh belt screen surfaces; the mesh belt screen surfaces comprise a large- and medium-impurity mesh belt screen (31) and a small-impurity mesh belt screen (32); the large- and medium-impurity mesh belt screen and the small-impurity mesh belt screen are respectively connected to a driving mechanism (41); and an oblique impurity discharge sliding plate (5) is provided between upper and lower screen surfaces of the small-impurity mesh belt screen, which is located outside a bottom layer. The mesh belt plane gyratory screen is not easily blocked, has improved sieving capability and sieving effect, and is widely used for classification processing of solid particles in industry and mining and in the manufacturing industry. Further disclosed is a method for removing impurities from grain by using a mesh belt plane gyratory screen.
