Abstract:
Disclosed is a mesh belt screen used in industry and mining, comprising a screen frame (1), wherein the screen frame is connected to a screen box via hanging rods (2), rocker rods or swing rods; the screen box is internally provided with a set of mesh belt screens (3); a plane gyratory mechanism (4) is mounted between the mesh belt screens (3); mesh belt screen surfaces comprise large-particle mesh belt screen surfaces (31), medium-particle mesh belt screen surfaces (32), or small-particle mesh belt screen surfaces (33), or a combination of two or three types of the above-mentioned mesh belt screen surfaces; the mesh belt screen surfaces are connected to a driving mechanism (41); and an oblique material discharge sliding plate (5) is provided between upper and lower screen surfaces of the small-particle mesh belt screen, which is located outside a bottom layer. The mesh belt screen solves the problems of traditional screens whereby the kinetic energy imparted to a sieved object sieving is small, or due to the linear motion, rolling performance during processing is poor, the screen is easily blocked, and the sieving capability and the sieving effect are difficult to improve.
