Abstract:
Provided are mesh underpants and a method of putting on same, whereby soiling due to nighttime leakage is inhibited even if the wearer is unused to wearing an absorbent pad. The provided mesh underpants (1) have a waist opening (4) and a pair of leg openings (5) and can be attached to the outside surface of a roughly-rectangular absorbent pad (10). When worn outside a disposable diaper (20) that is worn so as to cover the outside surface of the absorbent pad (10), the provided mesh underpants can cover roughly the entire length of the disposable diaper (20).
