Abstract:
A message control device according to an aspect of the present disclosure comprises a control unit that determines whether multi-hop communication is necessary for transmitting a message, and a communication unit that transmits the message using multi-hop communication if it is determined that multi-hop communication is necessary. This makes it possible to determine that multi-hop communication is to be performed if the necessity for performing multi-hop communication is high, and to determine that single-hop communication is to be performed if the message can be transmitted by single-hop communication. Thus, it is possible to improve communication reliability while limiting the use of a wireless resource.
