Abstract:

The present invention relates to the technical field of communication networks. Disclosed are a message processing method and device, capable of solving the problem of low intelligence for unread message processing. Embodiments of the present invention comprise: generating a processing rule according to a preset policy; generating a processing policy according to the processing rule and a processing behavior of a user for an unread message; and then processing the unread message according to the processing policy. The solution provided by the embodiments of the present invention is applicable to message processing.
